WHAT TO EXPECT
2 hours of shooting and skill based training per day with a professional coach. There will be daily sessions to help your player: master technique, increase velocity and improve accuracy.
Daily education seminars will include:
- How to score on goalies
- Nutrition for athletes
- The biomechanics of shooting
- Exercises to help strengthen your shot

Daily Schedule
Under 18 Daily Schedule:
- 1-2pm: Shooting/Skills Session #1
- 2-2:45pm: Education Seminar
- 2:45 – 3pm: Snack
- 3-4pm: Shooting/ Skills Session #2
